Having achieved national level athletics for heptathlon and attended a school of excellence for hockey Sarah has a longstanding history with sport. Most recently she has been involved in training and participating on the white collar boxing scene, so if you fancy learning more about boxing, want to spar or just hit the pads then she’s your lady… they don’t call her Boom Boom Bown for nothing!
As a mum of 3 young children Sarah can also relate to the struggle of finding time to train, yet she is determined to help people incorporate exercise into their daily routines. She would like her clients to use exercise as a way to switch off from being mum or dad, clear their thoughts, focus, sweat and have fun! If you haven’t trained for a while or are totally new to fitness then Sarah can help you make small, realistic changes that in the long term will create habits and help you achieve your goals.
If you are already training and wanting more from your existing programme or you feel you’ve plateaued Sarah can work with you on exciting new training systems to maximise your sessions. Her hard working and varied training plans will keep you on your toes! She may have a friendly exterior, but her sessions are designed to be tough.
