Lana is known for my positive outlook and friendly demeanor, so is always here to help.
However, when it comes to training dont let that foul you, just because she likes to make training an enjoyable experience it doesn't mean it will be easy!
Training is all about focusing on creating a healthy lifestyle with a smile - health and fitness is no joke but that doesn't mean you can't smile and have fun along the way

SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPIST
I begun my career in health and fitness by moving from the UK to Australia to spend a year at the NSW Institute of Sport . Here I got to work with lots of wonderful athletes, and learnt a lot about myself. I realised that much as I loved playing sport, health is where my heart is!
I had been personal training for 4 years when I qualified as a level 3 sports massage therapist. My knowledge of how the body responds to exercise means I can give effective take home advice to my massage clients to help them get the most out of each.
Sports massage can really help everyone to function at optimum, whether it be helping to alleviating niggles so a parent can pick up their children pain free, or aiding with rehab from a sporting injury. Seeing the change in people from session to session is so rewarding, helping people feel better is such a good feeling!
